The Seoul Hall of Urbanism & Architecture is a cultural space for citizens recently built on the site of the central post office of the Governor-General of Chosen during the Japanese colonial period.

This building is used as one of the venues of the Biennale during the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism. On the exterior of this building, graphics promoting the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism were installed.
