Crisis is tepid. Transition period is tedious. While old generation’s downtown crowded with manufacturers, wholesale and retail businesses were worn out, young artists and activists got settled there. Overlapping Generations is a story about all agents including residents, landlords, and city government who have their own views in old urban fabric of Seoul.
