In our opinion, if Captain Nemo is somewhere alive, perhaps there would be at least one Welcome bulletin board, Agriculture Department, Internet Cafe, Post Office, Tourism Center, Electricity-Plumbing Store, Prince Philip Hall, Albatross Bar, Residencies, supermarkets, and a path to the volcano where he lives.
